I changed devices. Will my Pro plan still work?+

Yes. Your subscription is tied to your VitalStack account via Stripe. Sign in with the same account and your Pro access will sync automatically.

I was charged but my account still shows Free. What do I do?+

Fully close and reopen the app. If Pro still isn't shown, contact us at [email protected] with your receipt and we will sort it out immediately.

Is my health data private?+

Yes. Your data is stored on our secure servers and is never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Is this app suitable for beginners?+

VitalStack is designed for adults (17+) who are actively engaged in strength training. It does not provide medical advice — always consult a healthcare professional.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Your subscription is managed by Stripe. Check your email for a Stripe receipt — it contains a link to manage or cancel your subscription. Your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
